Maddison or simply Maddie had been in this place for several years, and already she was still not used to it. There was something everywhere. It filled the hospital, the lake, the smiles in everyone, and the blood of its citizens. It was truly remarkable. She had never seen so much strangeness in her entire life. The day she became a vampire her entire world changed, everything she knew could have never prepared her for an immortal life.
Even now, as she walked the forest, she could see it here. It was not like the forests back home, growing in the shadow of the old countryside she lived in as a human. There was fountains that flowed clear and soothingly, flowers that followed her as she walked, turning their massive, multicoloured faces in her direction. It was the summer season, so the pair of loose black jeans and t-shirt was perfectly well suited for the day. Her coat hung loose and worn, covering her marred, pallid skin with practised ease. Her fingertips danced restlessly over the title of her book, attempting to find a solid place to sit that would not block he view.
Maddison settled on a simple bench in the shade of a tree, flowers surrounding her, moving towards her by instinct. A faint smile curled her pale pink lips, reaching a hand down to brush a fingertip along a silky petal of a magnolia. She cracked the book, almost towards the end already.
It was not the life she had planned for herself but it would do, her dark brown hair swayed in the wind.
Something’s never changed her life, she had a normal childhood growing up where her love for reading had developed and Maddison’s love for nature escalated which was why she was sat where she was in this current moment in time.

Post by HUNTER DOMINIK VALENTINE on Dec 17, 2012 22:23:32 GMT -5
``Hunter Valentine//Veggie Vamp//Sadistic He had felt her before even seeing her, a vampire, not only even a hundred yards from where he stood. He didn't notice that he had almost followed the poor girl. Hunter forgot about how Hungry he really was, his stomach making an almost loud enough everyone could hear it. Noticing that she had Andrew's aura and scent he almost growled. He had to push past his hatred towards her maker, he could spot out a De Silva within seconds, he tried to make his way around her, finding a mountain lions scent not to far from where she was standing, if he wasn't mistaken the lion was after the girl. He tried to be a quiet as he could but the lion put up a fight landing the two in front of the young De Silva. He grunted and bit into the side of the lions neck and snapping its spinal cord with not only his teeth but his hands as well. Draining the creature dry he got up and looked at the vampire that stood not even twenty feet from him and the now dead lion that was stalking her. "He had your scent back before the forest. I needed to feed anyways and he was easy prey for me." He said cleaning himself off with his already bloody-stained cloth. His Irish accent never really left him but his now bright reddish amber eyes shinned with almost hyperness. "New in town, and well by the way you are looking you must be a De Silva. I'm Hunter Valentine. Pleased to met you." He said with almost hatred but kept it back. He never liked Andrew, but he should at least tolerate their presence till he finds Carlisle.
