Taking a deep breath as Cara had once again left she couldn’t help but smile and take a drink of her coke. She was relieved when he had nodded to the offer she had given him. She figured it would probably be safer if she went to talk to them alone but she could try and get them to talk if he was with her. Though she doubted it would be all too easy. “Okay.” She was going to have to talk to Embry first, he’d be the one she would go to, aside from Jacob, as she knew that either one of those two would listen to her more than the others. As she couldn’t trust Sam to do it, after all he had issues with vampires, like the Cullens despite the treaty, which was why she didn’t think it was wise to involve him in something like this.
“Meet them? I don’t know I could probably try and arrange it, like I said I do have friends from that side. They’re good guys though and they serve a noble purpose. They protect humans like myself from vampires and they’re not afraid of them either. In fact they’ve helped to kill at least one vampire that I know of for a fact. As I saw them do it. Not the most friendly of ways to die, but waht do you expect when you seek to kill something?” She was reminded of Laurant when she spoke as he was the one that the shifters had initally killed but they had also helped to track down Victoria. She wondered what would happen of course, as she hadn’t seen Embry or the others since she returned and was afraid they’d ask too many questions. Questions that she didn’t want brought up if she could avoid it.
She ran a hand through her hair. “But like I said, as far as Carlisle is concerned, I’ll try and help you find him. I know when he lived here before he lived outside of town, as did his family but I don’t think they’ve returned since I’ve come back. But if I see them or talk to them, I’ll send your regards. Also I'll see if he wanted to meet with you.” She offered as she figured this way he could know that she was going to help him but yet not tell him everything that he wanted to know all at once.

Taking a deep breath as Cara had once again left she couldn’t help but smile and take a drink of her coke. He watched her smile when he nodded to that statement she had made. Hunter loved her company and enjoyed talking to her.
."Okay.." She said, and she seemed liked she thought hard about this. "Meet them? I don’t know I could probably try and arrange it, like I said I do have friends from that side. They’re good guys though and they serve a noble purpose. They protect humans like myself from vampires and they’re not afraid of them either. In fact they’ve helped to kill at least one vampire that I know of for a fact. As I saw them do it. Not the most friendly of ways to die, but what do you expect when you seek to kill something?" She said and had almost a distance look to her, like she thought deeply about what she had said. He thought about her statement and nodded again. He agreed with her about how shifters could kill a vampire, it was true, even with the marble body like his he could inevitably be killed by on of them.
She ran a hand through her hair. "But like I said, as far as Carlisle is concerned, I’ll try and help you find him. I know when he lived here before he lived outside of town, as did his family but I don’t think they’ve returned since I’ve come back. But if I see them or talk to them, I’ll send your regards. Also I'll see if he wanted to meet with you.”" She offered and Hunter nodded, he would like that for sure, he thought to himself. He hoped Carlisle had his answers about either or not Cancer cells would create any difficulties in Vampire's change. He truly hoped not. He had seen that girl around town now many times and had never had the courage to talk to her never-mind turn her. He knew that the Shifters would be upset but unless he found a way that already had her convinced to be turned. He had noticed that Bella was off in her own thoughts and so was he. "Well now that's out of the way Bella, how bout we talk about something that is more cheery then what we have been talking bout." said with a grin.

She didn’t mind talking to the vampire—which was odd somewhat given she hadn’t been alone with a vampire like this since she—she had been around Edward and his family but felt comfortable nevertheless. Plus it would be risky to try and kill her here, not without risking everything and having the Volturi come looking for them. She actually was enjoying his company and was still glad that she was on break so she didn’t have to worry about anything getting in the way. Taking a deep breath she knew that she was risking everything just by attempting to arrange things on a vampire’s behalf.
She knew that she was risking it all. She wondered if Jake would be willing to do this. After all she knew that Sam wouldn’t be. He’d want a war—plain and simple. The shifters were good people and so that was why she was willing to try and arrange a meeting. Of course she would be there to make sure that nothing happened. She wasn’t going to put one of her best friends in danger simply because a vampire wanted to meet him and his pack. Although vampires had a marble body—they were still able to be killed although it wouldn’t be easy. Whether or not things were the way they were meant to be she had questions of her own that needed to be answered. She didn’t know what Hunter had wanted with Carlisle but whatever it was seemed to be important. Maybe she could talk to Alice, as she figured Alice would at least be willing to hear her out on something like this.
She cleared her throat before speaking. “Okay. What did you have in mind exactly?” She asked as she hoped it would be something well that she could relate to without it being overwhelmingly difficult. After all the shifters and the Cullens were family toward her even without them actually being a part of her family in the biological or matrimonial sense. Yet it was the simple truth as she felt more than ever, just how important family and friends are to her. She returned the cheery grin that Hunter had given her. She was relieved that at least they were getting along—even if the circumstances of what they were—made things a bit more complicated.

Hunter smiled, "Life here in Fork's seeing as I haven't really known this area, only been to places like Vancouver and that area. Did you travel also?" He said and questioned at the same time. His thoughts went to his travels, it had been fun traveling his bits of the world that he did. "It costs a bunch of money but its worth it." He said, with a smile. His mind went to his pets next, he thought of the last time he fed his snakes and noted it was soon to feed them next. He was glad that him and Bella could talk, and was glad that he could get to know another kindhearted person in this town. He loved to talk with different types of people and loved to learn different things that he didn't know about, either about the person themselves or the world.

Life was different for the young woman with everything she had seen and done, she knew there was so much more to life than just travelling but she had loved it. “Life here in Forks is different than most other places. ‘Course I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. Moved here originally when I was seventeen, left after eighteen and have travelled all throughout the United States, as well as visted a few places in Canada and Mexico. I’ve travelled alot in the last six years. Never stayed in one place for too long...”
She responded and while she had said it her mind had drifted to Edward—to the Volturi...and everything in between. “Of course most of it has occurred since I was eighteen until just recently as a matter of fact. I’d worked odd jobs until I moved back here just a few weeks ago...” She took another drink of her coke, hoping they wouldn't be interrupted.
Life and death hung in the balance....and she had been made aware of that fact by meeting Edward and his family when she had. It had put her in a position to know that her life as she knew it was ending. Of course it had been difficult to even think of them—but yet she needed to. It was the only way she knew that any of this was real. Edward and Alice were the two she was closest to, Edward would have been her husband and Alice would have been her sister if only she had gone through with the wedding. And yet something had stopped her, which was precisely why she struggled to move forward but that was what she was doing right now. Time had made things more valuable to her—made her all the more aware of how life could be taken in just a blink of an eye.
Nothing mattered when it came to this decision—because she had loved Edward and had turned and betrayed him. Clearing her mind of him—of the choices she had once made, she looked foward to the here and now. “I’d stayed away from Forks for almost seven years until now. And I’m sure that now—more so than ever I’m going to have to fight for my life—once more. Because I know several want me dead.....and will do whatever it takes in order to end my life for good. I’ve made decisions that could very easily get the people I love killed, and I’m not about to take that risk, not again. If They want me, they’ve got me, it’s that plain and simple. Everything happens the way that it does for a reason, even if that reason isn't always understood.” They of course meaning the Volturi, but any vampire would probably know what she was referring to.

He understood her words, he grew up in a place far from here, Ireland many years for governments and only kings and queens ruled. He missed his homeland some times and his old life but then realized if he hadn't become immortal because of damned Rika then he wouldn't have the friends and start of a family that he does now.

'They wish me either dead or with them and well seeing as I am nearly five hundred, I would love to live past my six hundredth year...so living for me is no other option." He explained to her with a smirk. He had been hunted by them but in turn most came back with their missing parts or tails between their legs.He tened to be very mean when he wanted to be.

She didn’t need to elaborate as she was sure by now he had figured out what it was that she was trying to say. At eighteen she had left Edward, although by choice, it had been out of fear, and that was what had brought her to this very moment. It was why she was alone. Her coke was now empty and she didn’t dare order another one. Of course everything happened the way it did for a reason, and she had to believe that. It was why she was cautious about letting people into her life, because she feared she’d hurt them the way that she had hurt so many people so many years ago.
She couldn’t help but smile as she was enjoying his company, far more than she had anticipated that she would. “You’re not the only one. I’m human—I have no special talent but Aro seems to think that because my mind cannot be breached by him that I have the potential to be something more if I were to become a—well a vampire. Nearly five hundred years, wow. I haven’t even reached thirty years yet, as I’m only twenty four years old. I don’t wish to die, but I know They want it to happen because I went back on a deal I made with them. Which is precisely why I’m willing to accept that fate, though that doesn’t mean I won’t go down without a fight.” She explained as she watched him. She missed Carlisle, she missed the entire family and wished they could see her now. Aro and the Volturi would make certain she was dead in a matter of time. All she had to do was bide her time to see what happened. Would she be dead by the end of the year? Would she reach twenty five alive? Would she find Edward and the others before then? So many questions ran through her mind as she wished she could repair the damage she had left behind, if she was actually going to die. She wanted it by her own terms and not someone else’s. She only hoped she could survive, and maybe repair the friendships she had once lost. Although she doubted they would forgive her and knew without a shadow of a doubt that Edward would not be so willing to do so, despite how much she wished for it.
